The Human Potential Index (HPI) was created by Justice Coin Founder Mark Gregory Dockery as a tool to inform our efforts by quantifying categorical requirements to satisfy Justice, allowing us to prioritize our responses to the universal injustice of Human Potential reduction in all forms.
The Current HPI Score is produced by a worldwide network of Justice Coin surveyors. Over time, the weight of the Surveyor inputs will yield to the inputs of the Justice Coin Userbase as adoption of the HPI increases.
