Synopsis
Hopefully I’m associated with the effort to alert the public regarding the extremely damaging spells in our vocabulary responsible for reducing Human potential. And hey… take it easy with this word “power.”
Safe to say friends… we should probably just stop using the word, unless talking about The Most High.
Revalidation of inappropriate power dynamics is a fatal blow to one’s agency and sovereignty. Just about every time it’s used today.
Ever heard any of these?
“Speaking truth to power”
Why this is Bad: it revalidates that those who need truth, are the actual power. This is not so. You don’t have to tell God, nothin’. There’s no truth needed to be spoken to God. If you have to speak truth to something, that something, is an idol. Using this phrase of fake empowerment actually traps the speaker into a toxic power dynamic, that they’ve been tricked into promoting. Even in their frustration regarding the situation they reproduce with their mouth.
“Power Grab”
Why this is Bad: it revalidates whatever it contextually represents (usually monetary control / upper hand) that is based in colonial coin. That is to say… it revalidates the big hoax. Unless it’s spoken of regarding a sport or game, this phrase gets to revalidating white supremacy as the ultimate authority.
“Transition of Power”
Why this is Bad: Around the time that I’m writing this, the United States has just chosen their next President, and now the world awaits the “Transition of Power”. Well this one is easy to see - when what is a jester is being called your king, you know agenda is afoot. And when it’s being said passive aggressively (as in terminology like transition of power) then you can be certain in what you know.
Friends, if we are misled on what power is, and where it is, we are disoriented in a massive way. Consider that the way you use the word power can be stifling a big part of you from manifesting to its fullest potential.
